Ross is very passionate in his art. He ventures above and beyond most of his colleagues by giving each and every client his personal attention and listening to their wants and needs. His process for completing Construction Documents includes heavy interaction with our clients. Within a two to three hour initial session, he will have a sketch that the client can take home and reflect on any changes they deem necessary. After the changes have been implemented, the sketch is given to one of our senior draftsmen which they then generate on the computer using AutoCAD. The customer is asked to peruse the computerized version of their plan and once again make any revisions. This is the Block Out Phase. After all revisions have been made and the client is satisfied, we then produce the final Construction Documents. The whole process is done to ensure that the client is getting exactly what they want in a timely manner and it is one of the main reasons we have so many satisfied, repeat customers and referrals.
